Howdy, Casual Ramblers,
Not to be too hasty and move on from my experiences in January, but I attended my first Trail Blazers game since returning from Australia.
I probably should have sold the tickets or something to recoup costs, but to hell with it, I just wanted to see the team. Unfortunately, I am not sure the team really wants to be seen without Deni Avdija. Still, I watched the game against the Phoenix Suns (who were missing Devin Booker to an ankle injury) and wrote some thoughts about it this morning.
For those more in interested in more things about Australia, however, I have good news: the Casual Poetry is on my Patreon page right now!
It’s a collection of some rough drafts from my time in Melbourne and Brisbane, with plenty of revision left to be done, but I am happy to share them as works in progress. You can subscribe and read it now or wait for it to drop on the blog.
